If you walk the Elk Head trail at college cove during just the right conditions, you may sometimes see an enormous waterspout on the seaward side of Pewetole. It is truly a beautiful and wondrous sight, the morning I painted this piece the water was easily spouting 100+ feet! This painting is livicated to my mother Karin, with whom I have walked the trail on many blessed days!
